Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service either through the website or mobile application. We want you to have an enjoyable, educational experience using the Service, so we offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases made through the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
To be eligible to subscribe to the Service, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or above the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and fill out the information necessary to create a profile. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service registration process. You are responsible for your own personal account activity, and you agree to notify UK Drummers Limited if you suspect any unauthorised activity.
By signing up for a subscription to the Service, you agree to pay the listed price at the chosen interval indefinitely until you contact us, OR use the provided tools to cancel your chosen subscription. To request a refund please contact us. If your subscription goes beyond our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee period, then your subscription will terminate at the end of your paid billing cycle. Once you choose to cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your subscription portion of the Service until the end of your paid billing cycle.
License to Use Services
Upon successful registration, you are granted a personal use license subject to the following conditions.
You may not:

If you upload any such video to a video hosting website (i.e. YouTube) we ask that you give accurate credit and not monetize the video. We reserve all rights to any and all original compositions found in the Service.
Users who post materials to the Service (e.g. bulletin boards, comment feeds, etc.) agree to abide by the following rules: 1) users may not post or transmit material that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, abusive or hateful, that violates the property rights of others (including without limitation, the infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights), that violates the privacy or publicity right of others, or that is in violation of applicable laws; 2) users may not interfere with other user’s use and enjoyment of the Service; 3) users may not use this site to conduct any activity that is illegal or that violates the rights of others; 4) users may not use this site to advertise or sell products or services to others; and 5) users must immediately inform UK Drummers Limited if they have reason to believe that a user is infringing any copyrighted materials. A user posting material represents that such material is unique to the user or used with permission of the copyright holder, and assigns to UK Drummers Limited ownership of such material. UK Drummers Limited has no responsibility for the content of any material posted by users, but UK Drummers Limited reserves the right in its sole discretion to (i) edit or delete any posts, videos, comments, information, or other such material submitted to or appearing on this site, and (ii) refuse access to the site to any user that violates this agreement. Bulletin boards, forum boards, message boards, and chat rooms contain the opinions and views of other users, and UK Drummers Limited is not responsible for the accuracy of the views and opinions expressed thereon.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of UK Drummers Limited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of UK Drummers Limited.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being violated and/or that any work belonging to you has been reproduced on the Site or in any content in any way, you may contact us. Please provide your name and contact information, the nature of your work and how it is being violated, all relevant copyright and/or trademark registration information, the location/URL of the violation, and any other information you believe is relevant.

Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us for convenience to you.

Bulletin boards, forums, and chat rooms contain the opinions and views of the participants in those mediums, and do not necessarily reflect the opinions and views of UK Drummers Limited.
