In all our teaching studios, both the student and the teacher have their own drum kit for the duration of the lesson, which means you get all of your lesson time on the kit, maximising your progression.

Music theory, reading and performance are also covered in the lessons, as well as improvisation; ensuring the student gains all the tools necessary to be a great sounding, well rounded musician.

We teach our own in-depth syllabus – which includes, rhythm, technique, rudiments, style, musical expression, independence, feel, and dynamics – with the main emphasis on playing music.

As students learn songs and pieces, they will also get to record videos of themselves playing  in our recording studio, giving them valuable experience performing and recording (weekly lessons only).

We also teach both Trinity College London and Rockschool Grade pieces. All the grade exams, from Initial up to Grade 8, can be taken at our studios.

All grades are covered from Initial to Grade 8 from all examining bodies, as well as transcriptions of songs from different styles and eras.

Individual Lessons can be booked in two ways: Weekly Lessons or Single Lessons.

Weekly lessons are booked on a rolling monthly basis, and your weekly slot is reserved each week. This means you get consistent, frequent lessons on a day and time that suits you. This is the option we recommend to all students, as frequent, weekly lessons are best for development.

Single Lessons can be booked as and when suits you. This option is best for people who aren’t able to commit to a weekly slot – but single lesson slots are limited.

The pricing for the Individual Lessons varies from teacher to teacher, and the lessons can be booked at the teacher page here.
